Why should we use Harmony Homecare?
There are many different reasons as to why you should consider Harmony Homecare to assist with you or your loved ones' home care.
Unlike a newspaper or online ad, our PSWs are insured, properly trained, and are experienced with a range of different scenarios and skills.
With Harmony Homecare, you can rest assured that you or your loved one are getting only the best of care at all times without any worries about your care provider.
How do you select the Personal Support Workers (PSWs) for your company?
Here at Harmony Homecare, we know the importance of having PSWs that are knowledgeable and care about the people that they serve. All of our PSWs are trained support workers who have experience with a range of support work and skills to ensure that you or your loved one are well taken care of.
What happens if my Personal Support Worker (PSW) is sick?
No need to worry. If your PSW is ill or not able to attend due to a medical reason, we will work to ensure that you have another PSW attend to you and your needs - without interruption.
Do you provide care to those living in a senior home?
No. Harmony Homecare aims to offer you peace of mind knowing that you or your loved one is able to live in their own home while being supported.
Do the PSWs provide home cleaning service?
No. While we offer home assistance such as meal preparation, minor assistance with home cleaning and maintenance, we are not a home cleaning or maid service and our main focus remains on the individual and their care. However, we are always happy to help coordinate these services.
Are you operated independently?
Harmony Homecare is a locally owned and operated business serving the Ottawa-Gatineau area.
